Ilya Akselrod is a seasoned technical account manager at RADCOM since May 2023, with extensive experience in project management and technical leadership across various industries, particularly in telecommunications and IT. Previously, Ilya served as project director at Disply, where responsibility included launching innovative smartphone technologies in Russia. Ilya also held significant roles at AO GLONASS, overseeing telecom and IT infrastructure for Europe’s largest GNSS eCall provider, and at Yarus, where a high-load cloud-based SAAS system for fiscal management was developed. Additional experience includes managing operations at NPO Analitika for wireless tracking technologies and a 20-year tenure at Vimpelcom, where Ilya led major telecommunications projects across Russia and the CIS. Ilya holds an MSc, cum laude, in Mathematics and Mechanics from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
