Ben Paley currently serves as the VP of Member Experience and Operations at OneImaging since February 2024. Prior to this role, Ben held various positions in recruitment and management, including Executive Recruiter for Digital Health at Direct Recruiters, Inc. and Recruiting Manager at Choice Recovery. Ben also served as Director at [re]start, LLC, contributing to talent development and career management services. Earlier experience includes roles as Marketing & Recruiting Director and Consultant at Choice Recovery, Inclusion Counselor at the Robert E. Loup Jewish Community Center, and activities coordinator at Pristine Senior Living and The Avenue Care and Rehabilitation Center. Ben co-founded Social Media Development, LLC, and earned a Bachelor's degree in Interactive Media Studies/Interactive Business from Miami University.
