Iris Van De Nadort currently serves as a Process Manager in the Program Fit for the Future at Radboudumc and a Freelance Project and Interim Manager at Mint Organisatieadvies, both since 2023. Previously, Iris held the position of HR Manager team Strategy & Organisation at de Volksbank from 2019 to 2023, overseeing a team of People analysts and HR specialists focused on various HR strategies. Before that, Iris was the Expertise Lead (Director) HR a.i. in charge of an HR department with 80 FTE at de Volksbank. Iris’s experience also includes serving as a Senior Advisor and Project Manager at SNS Bank, where duties included optimizing retail organization and change management, and as a Manager at Deloitte Consulting working on operations excellence, particularly within the banking and healthcare sectors. Iris holds an MSc in Business Administration from the University of Groningen and participated in an exchange program at Università degli Studi di Siena, focusing on Strategy and Marketing.
