Thomas Riley has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Thomas started their career in 2010 as a Lead Mechanic at Halfords, where they worked until October 2012. Thomas then moved on to Rascals Fun Factory, where they served as a Maintenance Supervisor from June 2010 to May 2015.

In 2017, Thomas took on the role of Bike Shop Manager at TCR Sport Lab for a period of seven months. During the same year, they also joined Shift Delivery Co-op as a Fleet Manager, a position they held until September 2019.

Thomas's most recent experience is with Rad Power Bikes, where they have held various roles. Thomas started as a Mobile Brand Ambassador in September 2019 and worked until August 2020. From August to December 2020, they served as a Field Product Support Supervisor. Thomas then became the Service and Assembly Manager from December 2020 to March 2022. Currently, they are employed as a Warranty Improvement Design Engineer at Rad Power Bikes.

Thomas Riley attended the University of Nottingham from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in electrical and electronics engineering.
