Michael Shepard has held various roles in different companies throughout their work experience. Michael started their career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Barclays in 2017. In 2018, they joined Radiology Partners as a Manager in Corporate Development and served in this role until 2021. From 2021 to 2023, they worked as a Director of Corporate Development at Ivanti. Currently, they are the Head of Analytics at Rad AI.

Michael Shepard has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Finance & Economics from Michigan State University, which they obtained from 2014 to 2017. Michael is currently pursuing a Master of Science (MS) degree in Informatics and Information Systems at Northwestern University, starting from 2021. In addition, they have a certification in Full Stack Development from the University of California, Los Angeles, obtained in 2020.
