Rima Maitrehenry is an experienced legal professional specializing in fund formation and private equity. Currently a Partner at Racine since February 2021, Rima previously served as Counsel at Gide Loyrette Nouel, focusing on the structuring of various types of private equity funds and advising on carried interests schemes. Rima's earlier roles include a Lawyer at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, where responsibilities involved fund structuring and compliance, as well as advising on financial services. Additionally, Rima held a position at Debevoise & Plimpton, providing guidance on cross-border fund structuring and regulatory compliance. Rima began a legal career as an In-House Lawyer and Compliance Officer at ABENEX CAPITAL, engaged in fundraising and compliance policy implementation, and completed an internship at Ardian. Educational qualifications include advanced degrees in management and international law from HEC Paris and ESCP Business School, a PhD in International Law, and earlier legal studies at Saint Joseph University of Beirut.
