Eric Barbry serves as an Avocat associé at Racine since January 2018, leading the IP - IT & Data protection team. Simultaneously, Eric holds a position as a member of the board of directors and co-president of the legal commission at Acsel - L'association de l'économie numérique. Prior to these roles, Eric spent nearly 18 years at Alain Bensoussan - Avocats, where responsibilities included directing the "Droit du numérique" sector, addressing legal issues related to the Internet, telecommunications, e-commerce, information system security, and personal data. Eric's legal career began as an Avocat at Bitoun et Associés, focusing on Internet, audiovisual, and cinema law, following a tenure as a Juriste at Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie. Academically, Eric obtained a DEA in public and private international law from Université Nice Sophia Antipolis and completed a Bac B at Lycée Renoir.
