Lorenzo Santos currently serves as the Deputy Emergency Management Coordinator for Racine County since July 2023 and is a member of the Defense Council at the Truman National Security Project since December 2022. Lorenzo has an extensive background in the U.S. Navy Reserve, holding positions as an Intelligence Officer for JIOCEUR and serving in the Individual Ready Reserve since November 2016. Prior experience includes sales management roles at DuraVent and various officer positions aboard the USS Oscar Austin in electronic warfare, anti-submarine warfare, and combat electronics. Educational qualifications include pursuing the JPME 1 Fleet Seminar Program at the U.S. Naval War College and holding a Master's degree in Homeland Security from The George Washington University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the United States Naval Academy.
