Ailee Zhou has worked as a Senior Fashion Designer, Chief Fashion Designer, and Costume Design Director at Rachel Zoe, Inc. since 2012. Ailee started as a Fashion Designer and then moved up to become an Intermediate Fashion Designer at ICICLE from 2007 to 2010.

Ailee Zhou holds a Bachelor's degree in Clothing and Apparel Design from Donghua University, which they obtained between 2004 and 2008. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Clothing Professional from the California College of the Arts from 2010 to 2012.
