Alba Lopez Elvira has extensive experience in Human Resources, primarily with RACC from June 1997 to the present, serving as an HR Business Partner, responsible for implementing and ensuring compliance with HR policies, while acting as an internal consultant. Previous roles include overseeing professional career development, where key responsibilities involved designing and executing development projects, and managing performance and succession plans. Alba also has experience in selection, having worked as a Selection Specialist and as the Head of Selection at Umano, along with initial contributions in the selection department at Sanofi Winthrop. Educational qualifications include a Licenciatura in Psychology from Universitat de Barcelona, a Master's in HR Management from EAE, and a HRBP program from OMD HR Consulting.
