Alessandra Cavalluzzi is a seasoned Human Resources leader with extensive experience in fostering collaborative relationships and enhancing People Operations across organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Racanelli Construction, Alessandra combines strategic thinking with a commitment to creating vibrant and inclusive workplace cultures. As a consultant since 2019, Alessandra focuses on employee engagement and corporate social responsibility for diverse companies. Previously, Alessandra held various leadership roles at MSC Industrial Supply Co., where significant contributions include the establishment of a corporate social responsibility department and the development of MSC's first engagement survey. Alessandra holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Berkeley College.
