Vikas Ramjiawan is a seasoned Scrum Master with extensive experience in Agile methodologies and project management across various organizations, currently serving at Rabobank in the "Banking as a Service" area within the "Innovation" tribe since December 2024. Previously, Vikas worked at PGGM, enabling Agile practices within Pensioenbeheer IT, and held multiple Scrum Master roles at Randstad Groep Nederland, where responsibilities spanned different domains. Vikas began a diverse career at QoppoConsult, working on various projects for Rabobank while also serving a long tenure as Scrum Master and Agile Tester within Rabobank itself. The early career included positions at Accenture and Royal Bank of Scotland, focusing on testing and test management. Vikas is currently pursuing a Pre Master in Business Administration at the University of Amsterdam and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems from Inholland University of Applied Sciences.
