Tom Jans currently serves as Arealead Products, Data, Finance & Risk at Rabobank since July 2017, with significant responsibilities in daily operations and management of Finance & Risk for Freo. As a member of the Management Team, Tom Jans oversees data management, reporting, and various aspects of risk and compliance. Prior to this role, Tom Jans held positions at DLL from 2009 to 2017, focusing on scorecard management and business analysis, and at DSB Bank from 2006 to 2008 in credit risk and underwriting. Additionally, Tom Jans contributes to the technical committee of VFN since April 2019. Educationally, Tom Jans has a Master’s Degree in Financial Business Partner from TIAS School for Business and Society and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics from Fontys University of Applied Sciences.
