Sneha D’Silva is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Executive Director of Derivative Solutions Sales at Rabobank since July 2023. Previously, Sneha held the position of Executive Director in Fixed Income Multi Asset Sales at Mizuho from March 2022 to February 2023, and was Vice President of Short Term Rates Sales at Crédit Agricole CIB from October 2017 to March 2022, focusing on serving institutional clients in various sectors including asset management and insurance. Early career experiences include roles in interest rate options trading at Commonwealth Bank, derivatives sales and investment banking at Crédit Agricole CIB, project management at Morningside Translations, and a finance and operations volunteer position at Generation Enterprise. Sneha began the career with an internship at Gridless Power. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, a BS in Economics with a Finance Concentration from The Wharton School, and a Master’s degree in Data Science from Northwestern University.
