Rosemarijn De Boer is an experienced professional in structured finance, currently serving as Executive Director at Rabobank since September 2005, leading the Junior Capital business in Europe. Prior roles at Rabobank include Director and Associate Director in Structured Finance, where Rosemarijn focused on establishing and executing tailored finance solutions and nurturing talent within the team. Additionally, Rosemarijn has been a Qredits Coach since December 2017, mentoring entrepreneurs in microfinancing, and has served as Treasurer for Stichting Complex Care United from January 2018 to December 2022, supporting families with children facing severe handicaps.
