Irik van der Geld is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in corporate development and strategic transformation in the financial sector. Currently serving as EVP at Rabobank, Irik leads initiatives in insurance and pensions, as well as overseeing the One Retail NL transformation program and the FEC Tech Tribe, focusing on process automation and innovation within the financial crime compliance domain. Previously, Irik held the position of Senior Vice President at Aegon, where significant projects included major divestments and acquisitions. Irik¡¯s career also includes roles at McKinsey & Company, Van Lanschot Bankiers, and Kempen & Co, where a range of strategic transactions and corporate finance activities were successfully executed. Irik holds a master's degree in International Business and a law degree with a specialization in Trade and Corporate Law from Maastricht University, complemented by coursework at UCLA.
