Emile Haarmans has extensive experience in strategic human resource management, currently serving at Rabobank since March 2011 in various leadership roles, including responsibilities in succession planning, talent development, and strategic resource planning. Emile has managed operations as the Senior Business Manager of the Banking for Food Inspiration Centre, led impactful reorganizations as a Business Controller, and consulted on customer integrity processes at local Rabobanks. Additionally, Emile co-founded Retraining Factory to facilitate career transitions from the financial industry to ICT. Engagements also include serving on the board of Bonte Buurtgenoten, focusing on community building. Prior to Rabobank, Emile was a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Enterprise Risk Services.
