Diemer Salome possesses extensive experience in risk management, currently serving as the Head of Enterprise Risk Management at Rabobank Groep since 2010. Previous roles at Rabobank include positions such as CRO IT & Operations and Head of Non-Financial Risk Management. With a background at Bank BGZ as Director of Risk Management Centre and Advisor to the President, Diemer also held the role of Head of Credit Policies at Rabobank from 1999 to 2005. Educational achievements include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Mathematical Statistics and a Master's degree in Econometrics, both from the University of Groningen.
