Bas Luesink serves as a Member of the Board of Advisors at Agtuall since July 2024 and has been with Rabobank since March 2010, currently holding the position of Senior Vice President for Sustainability Transformation, responsible for driving Sustainability and ESG initiatives across the Rabobank Group. Luesink has held various roles at Rabobank, including Program Manager, where coordination of compliance remedy actions took place, and Head of Transaction Monitoring for the Netherlands and Africa, overseeing anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing operations. Previous positions also include Global IT Manager for Identity & Access Management and Manager of PMO & Business Intelligence. Luesink holds a Master of Science in International Business from Maastricht University and a Bachelor of Science in International Business Studies, also from Maastricht University, complemented by an Erasmus Exchange Program at Jönköping University.
