Arman Murzabulatov is an experienced software engineer with a background in frontend development and technical leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Frontend Software Engineer at Rabobank, Arman has contributed to the implementation of youth banking accounts and parental control features for clients in the Netherlands. Previous roles include Freelance Senior Frontend Engineer at Neocles and Frontend Engineer at Backbase, specializing in digital banking. As a co-founder and CTO of Recualizer Ltd., Arman developed a neuroscience-based personality evaluation tool. Arman also holds experience in project management and solution architecture from roles at JSC Astana Innovations and VEON, as well as early career positions in full stack development at Kazpost and ARTA Software LTD. Arman holds a Master’s Degree in Project Management and Operational Development from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and Bachelor's Degrees in Software Engineering and Software & Hardware from Staffordshire University and L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, respectively.
