Minhwan Jang currently serves as an Assistant Professor at Rabdan Academy since December 2022. Prior experience includes positions as an Adjunct Professor at Chung-Ang University and Dongguk University in 2022, as well as roles as an External Lecturer and Criminal Profiler for the Korean National Police Agency from 2014 to 2022. Minhwan also worked as a Senior Research Officer and Police Detective at the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency from 2021 to 2022. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Legal Psychology from both the University of Gothenburg and the University of Portsmouth. Prior military service was completed as a Sergeant in the US Army under the Korean Augmentation To the United States Army program from 2005 to 2007.
