Engagement And Program Manager at Rabbinical Assembly

Arielle Solomon has a diverse work experience. In 2019, they worked as an Editorial Intern at the Central Conference of American Rabbis, where they extensively edited manuscripts and researched materials. Arielle also served as a Ruderman Inclusion Ambassador Intern at Columbia/Barnard Hillel, working to make the organization more inclusive for disabled students. In 2020, Arielle worked as an Editorial and Marketing Intern at Behrman House, where they edited Jewish children's books and led efforts to increase submissions. Arielle also worked as a Teaching Intern at The Jewish Theological Seminary, where they taught engaging class sessions and developed lesson plans for in-person and remote learning. Arielle also has experience in elementary education, having worked as an Assistant Teacher at Golda Och Academy and SAR Academy, where they provided educational support and facilitated learning differentiation for students. In 2021, they were a full-time student at Pardes Institute of Jewish Studies. Most recently in 2022, Arielle has been working as an Advanced Fellow at Conservative Yeshiva and as an Executive Assistant & Office Manager at Rabbinical Assembly.

Arielle Solomon completed their education starting in 2012 with a High School Diploma from Golda Och Academy. Following that, they attended Columbia University and The Jewish Theological Seminary (JTS) from 2016 to 2020. At Columbia University, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a field of study in History. Simultaneously, at The Jewish Theological Seminary, they also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree, specializing in Talmud and Rabbinics.
