EJ J. serves as Vice President at Raba Kistner, Inc. since 2017, bringing extensive experience in the transportation and design build sectors. Previously, EJ held the position of Vice President and Area Manager at Kleinfelder from 2016 to 2017, managing the Austin operation. In a prior role at CDM Smith from 2014 to 2016, EJ acted as a Design Build/PPP Technical Advisor on significant projects including various partnerships with the Pennsylvania and Texas Departments of Transportation. EJ's earlier tenure at Kleinfelder from 2006 to 2014 involved managing prominent design-build projects in Texas, contributing to various high-budget infrastructure initiatives. EJ holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
