Richard Rhodes has extensive experience in the cinema and audio-visual industry, encompassing various roles over more than two decades. Currently serving as Lead Engineer and formerly as Field Engineer at CinemaNext since November 2018, Richard is involved in the installation and maintenance of sound and projection systems. Prior to that, Richard was the Technical Manager at The Palace Cinema, responsible for technical and operational duties. Richard has also held positions including Operations Manager Digital at Vue Entertainment and ODEON & UCI Cinemas, overseeing projection operations at multiple venues. Beginning a career in the industry as a Projectionist at AMC Cinemas and ODEON & UCI Cinemas, Richard's foundational roles have significantly contributed to a comprehensive understanding of cinema operations and technology. Richard's educational background includes attendance at Kirkham Grammar School from 1989 to 1994.
