César Sepúlveda Barra has been working in the technology industry since 2007. From 2007 to 2009, they worked as an Administrator of Systems at Digitalmente. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as an Engineering of Systems at Digitaria. At Mediastream from 2011 to 2018, they were Subgerente Desarrollo y Plataforma and Jefe de Plataforma. Finally, they have been working as a Site Reliability Engineer at Xapo Bank since 2018 and is currently a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at R2 since 2021.

César Sepúlveda Barra obtained their degree in Ing. En Telecomunicaciones Conectividad y Redes from INACAP between 2008 and 2010. César also holds certifications from Cloud Academy, Inc. in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Foundation, obtained in May 2021, and Introduction to Kubernetes, obtained in December 2019.
