Sienna Singer serves as the Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at R1 RCM, where responsibilities include managing a team of commercial attorneys and advising senior management on complex contracts and business strategies. Prior to this role, Sienna was an Associate General Counsel at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, focusing on corporate governance, restructuring strategies, and advising distressed businesses. Sienna began their legal career as an Associate at King & Spalding LLP. Educationally, Sienna holds a Juris Doctor from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economy and Spanish from Tulane University.
