Rebecca Fayed is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in data protection, privacy, and health regulatory matters. Currently serving as Senior Vice President, Data Protection & Chief Privacy Officer at R1 RCM since May 2018, Rebecca previously held the role of Vice President, Data & Information Privacy / Health Regulatory Counsel. Rebecca's board memberships include the Montgomery County Swim League Inc. and All Star Aquatics, reflecting a commitment to community engagement and youth development through sports. Prior legal roles include Associate General Counsel and Privacy Officer at The Advisory Board Company, along with various attorney positions at SNR Denton and Epstein Becker & Green, P.C., where Rebecca specialized in health regulatory compliance and privacy law. Rebecca holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from The George Washington University Law School, an MPH in Health Law from Boston University, and a BS in Biology from Boston College.
