Alan Ho is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in data protection, end user support, and desktop support. Currently serving as a Data Protection Analyst at R1 RCM since February 2019, Alan collaborates with legal, compliance, and engineering teams to manage data loss prevention and risk. Prior roles at R1 RCM include End User Support Specialist and Deskside Support, where Alan led teams and implemented initiatives such as the Windows 10 migration. In addition to their corporate experience, Alan is the Owner, CEO, and Chief Publisher/Webmaster of Musiqtone, a music-related website, and co-founded MusicMania in 2002. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Computer Support from Harper College and coursework in Organizational Leadership at Purdue University.
