Bill Brooker, P. Eng., ENV SP has over 20 years of experience in the engineering industry. Bill currently serves as the Regional Manager - Halton and Senior Project and Business Development Manager at R.V. Anderson Associates Limited since September 2021. In addition, they hold the role of Manager of Business Development-Municipal/Senior Municipal Engineer at the same company since November 2020.

Prior to their current position, they worked at Parsons Corporation from November 2019 to November 2020 as the Engineering Manager - Municipal Transportation.

From October 2018 to November 2019, Bill was employed at Morrison Hershfield as the Manager of Municipal Infrastructure, and from February 2016 to November 2019, they served as a Senior Project Manager at the same company.

Between September 2012 and February 2016, Bill worked at Amec Foster Wheeler as a Senior Project Manager.

Their career began at McCormick Rankin Corporation (MRC) in September 2001, where they held the role of Design Engineer until August 2012. During this time, they were responsible for the planning and detailed design of various municipal road and servicing projects for public and private sector clients. Their duties included the preparation of contract drawings, tender items and quantities, contract documents and specifications, as well as dealing with approvals, permits, property acquisition, and utility relocations.

Bill Brooker, P. Eng., ENV SP, completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Civil Engineering from McMaster University, which they attended from 1996 to 2000. Bill obtained their professional engineering license (P. Eng.) from Professional Engineers Ontario in October 2003. Bill further enhanced their expertise by obtaining the ENVISION Sustainability Professional certification from the Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure in January 2022.
