Alejandra Calva is an experienced Engineer in Training at R.V. Anderson Associates Limited since July 2019, with a solid background in civil engineering and leadership. Previously, Alejandra served as VP Academic and Civil Engineering Class Representative at Western UES, where responsibilities included acting as a liaison between students and faculty and attending bi-monthly meetings to address academic concerns. Alejandra was also an Engineering Orientation Leader, mentoring first-year students at Western University, and held various roles in the University of Toronto's outdoor education programs. Involvement in competitive engineering projects includes being a Student Member of the Western Engineering Concrete Canoe Association, where Alejandra contributed significantly as Head of Design and Analysis. Alejandra holds a degree in Civil (Structural) Engineering from Western University and has participated in multiple adventurous expeditions with Outward Bound USA.
