Arne Lueckenga is an experienced operational leader currently serving as Vice President of Operational Excellence at R. STAHL Group since May 2024. Prior to this role, Lueckenga was the Chief Operational Officer at bdtronic GmbH from August 2020 to April 2024, overseeing operations, logistics, purchasing, quality, and service for a budget of €35 million and a workforce of 200 employees. Lueckenga also held the position of Head of Corporate Process Excellence at Lohmann GmbH & Co. KG from January 2016 to August 2020, focusing on business process management and Six Sigma/Lean initiatives across multiple global sites. Additional experience includes roles as Supply Chain Manager and Continuous Improvement Manager at Glatfelter, as well as various management positions at Raychem (now TE Connectivity) and a research and development role at Naturin. Lueckenga graduated with a Diplom-Ingenieur (FH) in Process Engineering from Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences in 1994.
