Nathan (Nate) Kinch serves as a Sociotechnology Ethicist at Trustworthy by Design, focusing on enhancing organisations' ethical practices through an interdisciplinary approach. Currently, Nathan also holds roles as Ethicist in Residence at CoLabs Australia and Facilitator for Ethics in Action at RSA Oceania, where Nathan designs workshops to foster value-sensitive decision-making. As Co-Lead of the Responsible Artificial Intelligence Network (RAIN) and a Fellow at The RSA, Nathan contributes to discussions on ethics in technology. In addition to advisory roles with organisations like Lua Health and Elēment Apothēc, Nathan has a strong track record in ethical systems development at TELUS and experience as a Venture Partner at Republic.
