John Ivan Piccinich is a seasoned professional in real estate and design with extensive experience since 2013 as a Licensed Real Estate Agent and Real Estate Broker at R New York. Additionally, John founded and owns Downtown Development & Design, LLC (D3.), a boutique interior design studio and real estate investment portfolio operating in both New York and Croatia since 2006. Previously, John worked at Verizon Enterprise Solutions from 1997 to 2003 as a Product Development Project Manager, overseeing the launch of numerous high-value products for retail markets. John holds a Master's degree in Education/Training from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in Communications & Journalism from New York University, along with education from Parsons School of Design.
