Michael Mirarchi began their work experience in 1988 as a Regional Sales Manager at Huff Paper Co, where they worked until 2003. Michael then joined Action International as the Owner and Licensed Business Coach, providing coaching in various areas. In 2004, they became a Sales Manager at Huff Paper Co until 2017. During this time, they also published a book called "Sales Wisdom from a Toilet Paper Salesman" in 2016. In 2017, they joined RJ Schinner Co., Inc. as the Manager of Sales Training, where they developed a sales training program and opened the New England Market. Michael later became the Director of Sales, Northeast, responsible for a sales team covering from Maryland to Maine. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Sales, Northeast at RJ Schinner Co., Inc., overseeing the integration of the Huff Paper business and leading a team of salespeople.
