Wayne C.J. Boyko is the Senior Vice President of Archaeology at R. Christopher Goodwin & Associates, Inc., with a career spanning over three decades in cultural resource management and archaeology. Prior experience includes Vice President and Senior Project Manager at Gilmore Environmental Consulting LLC, where Wayne managed a comprehensive archaeological program, and Director of the Archaeology Program at the Conservation Management Institute, Virginia Tech, overseeing projects on military reservations. Wayne has held key roles such as Cultural Resource Manager for the Virginia Army National Guard and Program Manager at Fort Bragg, where significant CRM programs were established. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Anthropology from Penn State University and a Postgraduate Certificate in Geographic Information Systems from Simon Fraser University.
