Chris Nelson is an experienced Site Reliability Engineer at Qwilt since February 2015, specializing in the monitoring, maintenance, and upgrading of production environments, including Kubernetes, Jenkins, AWS, and GCP. Chris also has a strong background as a Technical Account Manager, overseeing over 90 customers in the deployment of caching solutions and managing services across North America and Latin America. Prior experience includes roles as a Systems Engineer at Oracle | Acme Packet and Systems Test Engineer at Acme Packet, where Chris provided consulting and testing services for VoIP and networking equipment. Additional experience as a Test Engineer at Empirix and UNH InterOperability Lab involved developing test plans and troubleshooting VoIP protocols. Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of New Hampshire.
