Gilad Divon is an experienced professional in computer vision and machine learning, having served as a Computer Vision and Machine Learning Applied Scientist II at Amazon Lab126 from 2022 to 2023, where contributions included developing pose estimation models for the Amazon Halo fitness platform and gesture detection for Alexa devices. Prior to Amazon, Gilad was the Computer Vision Algorithm Team Leader at Brodmann17 from May 2018 to May 2022, and worked as a Teaching Assistant at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from October 2015 to March 2018. Early career experience includes working as an Electro-optics engineer at Elbit Systems Ltd from April 2013 to September 2015, where responsibilities involved simulating physical conditions and image processing.
