Suzie Hazelton has been working in customer experience management since 2012. Suzie began their career at Greenway Health as a Regional Customer Experience Manager, and later took on the role of PrimeSUITE Implementation Specialist. In this role, they were cross-trained on a premier CEHRT Medical Records software and was responsible for project management, overseeing extra resource help while on site, providing training materials and instruction of product workflow and system functionality, helping to implement the product in a "go live" fashion, and conducting support and follow up for the customer. In 2020, Suzie joined Qure4u as Manager of Customer Success.
Suzie Hazelton attended Macomb Community College from 1990 to 1992, where they earned an Associates Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies.
