Ranjana Devi currently serves as the Senior Director of Product Management at Qure.ai, focusing on health-tech products for neurocritical care since January 2022. Prior to this role, Ranjana was the AVP of New Product Development at Kapiva Ayurveda, where responsibilities included launching herb-infused plant-based supplements and working with top food consultants on healthy ready-to-eat food products from September 2019 to January 2022. Ranjana co-founded WeDesi in December 2018, driven by a passion for addressing the quality of snacks in the market. Additionally, Ranjana gained extensive experience at Mercedes-Benz India Pvt. Ltd. as a Manager from July 2015 to November 2018, covering key operations in production, quality management, and logistics. Ranjana's career began with a summer internship at EPCOS in 2014. Ranjana holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, completed in 2015.
