Sharon Bailey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and experience management. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Service and Experience at Qurate Retail Group since January 2018, Sharon has also held the position of Vice President of Customer Experience and Performance Support. Prior to this role, Sharon has dedicated over two decades to HSN, starting in November 1999 and progressing to the role of VP of Customer Care and OVP of Customer Service and VOC. Sharon holds a degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, earned between 1992 and 1997.
