Daniel Loader has a strong work history in the tech industry. Daniel started their career as a Support Engineer at UKDEDICATED LTD, where they focused on maintaining platform uptime, improving customer experience, and automating and migrating Wordpress websites. After that, they joined Iceland Foods as a Web Developer, where they worked on the development of the groceries website. Daniel then transitioned into the role of a Site Reliability Engineer at Iceland Foods, where they documented, automated, and expanded the capabilities of the development team. Additionally, they converted legacy infrastructure to AWS and maintained the WAF/CDN. Following their time at Iceland Foods, Daniel worked as a Senior Platform Engineer at Netacea, where they architected and engineered an alternative data ingestion pipeline for high throughput customers. Daniel utilized Terraform and AWS Serverless components for this project. More recently, they worked as a Cloud Architect at Nominet, where they focused on architecting distributed fault-tolerant data pipelines using Kubernetes. Currently, Daniel is working as a Lead Platform Engineer at Quotech.
From 2006 to 2009, Daniel Loader studied Games Computing at the University of Lincoln. Daniel'sdegree focused on 3D Modelling, Level Design, and Game Design.
