Amber Zhao has extensive experience in the field of quality assurance. Amber is currently working at Quorum Software as a Quality Assurance Tech Lead, a position they have held since August 2022. Prior to this role, they were a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst at Quorum Software starting from March 2021.

Before joining Quorum Software, Amber worked at Aucerna as a Quality Assurance Analyst from November 2017 to March 2021.

Amber also served as a Quality Assurance Specialist at aclaro softworks from April 2010 to November 2017.

Amber's earlier work experience includes a role as a Quality Assurance professional in Zi Corporation from 2007 to 2009 and as a Senior Consultant at eSOON from 2005 to 2006.

Amber Zhao earned a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, General from Central South University, where they attended from 1994 to 1998.
