Jui-Yang Chang has experience as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from September 2011 to August 2018. They then worked as a Machine Learning Engineer at JD.COM from September 2018 to January 2021. Currently, Jui-Yang Chang is working as a Machine Learning Engineer at Quora starting from January 2021.

Jui-Yang Chang obtained a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they studied from 2010 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned an MS degree in Communications Engineering from National Tsing Hua University, where they attended from 2006 to 2008.

Lastly, Jui-Yang Chang holds an edX Verified Certificate for Introduction to C++, although the specific date of completion is not provided.
