Ria Shoker is a dedicated mental health professional currently serving as a Mental Health Coach at Overcome since August 2024, where responsibilities include providing support through various therapeutic techniques such as Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Ria is also a Qualified Volunteer Texter for Shout UK since May 2024. Additionally, Ria has extensive experience in customer service roles, including positions as a Sales Assistant at QUIZ Clothing and a Sales Advisor at Dorothy Perkins, along with teaching assistant roles at The Bridge Special School and Teagues Bridge Primary School. Ria holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Aston University, completed in 2023, and has a strong educational background in Psychology and Health & Social Care from Thomas Telford School.
