Craig Herkert currently serves as the Executive Chairperson of the Board at Quirch Foods and as an Executive Fellow and Corporate Fellow at the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business, where Craig teaches International Marketing. Herkert also functions as a Performance Coach for Pioneering Collective and works as a Contract Expert Consultant for Eleven Canterbury, LLC. Past roles include Interim Chief Executive Officer at Save A Lot and advisory positions with GrocerKey, Switchboard Sales, Whole Coffee Co., Transparent Path, and Tea Drops. Herkert holds an M.B.A. from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of St. Francis.
