Swaroop Salimath is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and management, currently serving as an Assistant Manager at Quinnox since December 2022. Previously, Swaroop held the position of Senior Talent Advisor at Bright Money from February 2022 to August 2022, where responsibilities included partnering with leadership to create and implement hiring strategies for both tech and non-tech functions. Swaroop also worked as a Senior Executive at Impetus from March 2018 to February 2022 and served as an Associate in Talent Acquisition at GlobalLogic between September 2014 and January 2018.
