Sarah Morrell has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Sarah began their career at Aviva plc in 2002 as a Business Analyst and later became a Lead Business Analyst and Business Analyst Team Manager. In 2012, they transitioned to the role of Senior Portfolio Manager, with oversight of a £10 million change portfolio and management of a team of 35 project managers and business analysts.
Morrell then moved to Aviva in 2013, where they initially served as an Interim Senior Service Delivery Manager and later became an Infrastructure & Service Implementation Manager. Sarah joined Zurich in 2014 and held various senior positions, including Senior Portfolio Manager, Senior Project Manager, and SME ZTrade Platform Services Manager.
In 2018, Morrell joined Old Mutual Wealth as the Head of Strategic Change. Currently, they are working at Quilter as the Head of Portfolio Delivery for Quilter Cheviot Investment Management since April 2021, and prior to that, they held the position of Head of Portfolio Delivery for Corporate and Regulatory from October 2019 to April 2021.
Throughout their career, Morrell has demonstrated expertise in portfolio and programme management, strategic change, and service delivery.
Sarah Morrell attended North Wales Technical College from 1986 to 1988. Sarah obtained a BTEC National Diploma specializing in Hotel Catering and Management.
