Celine Tournette is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leading IT and change management initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as Head of Change and Programme Director at Quilter since April 2012, Celine oversees international IT teams and is responsible for delivering new products and managing regulatory changes. Prior roles include Project/Programme Manager and Business Change Delivery Manager at Zurich (GI), and Programme Director at Openwork, focusing on front-end solutions and business process re-engineering. Celine began their career at Capita SIP Services as a Programme Manager and has held positions such as Programme Office Manager at PPML and Consulting Associate at Tillinghast Towers Perrin. Celine holds an MSc in Physics from the University of Bristol and a Diploma in Management from the University of Reading.
