Richard Carter, CFA, currently serves as the Head of Fixed Interest Research at Quilter Cheviot Ltd since February 2011. Prior to this role, Richard held the position of Fixed Income Fund Manager at BNY Mellon from August 2007 to January 2011 and at Barings from August 2000 to August 2007. Richard completed a Bachelor's degree in History at the University of Leeds from 1994 to 1997.
