Stephanie Normantas is an experienced project and operations leader currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Quilt since September 2024. Prior to this role, Stephanie was the Strategy and Operations Lead for the Global Division at LetsMod, where a strong focus was placed on driving organizational excellence and identifying opportunities for improvement. Experience also includes roles as a Program Manager, where project execution aligned with organizational goals, and as a Customer Experience Consultant, which led to significant increases in client satisfaction. Previous positions include Project Coordinator at Kumaran Systems, where networking initiatives generated substantial revenue, and CEO-CoFounder of BogoJuice, a startup targeting food insecurity through innovative solutions. Education includes a degree in Business Administration from Notre Dame de Namur University, with ongoing studies at the same institution.
